Q. How do I install my SPARC product?

A. SPARC recommends that all electrical installations be completed by a licenced and qualified electrician. Specific product installation tips and guidelines as well as care instructions are supplied with all SPARC purchases. If further assistance is required, please feel free to contact SPARC.

 

Q. How will I receive my SPARC purchase?

A. Upon confirming your order, you will need to nominate whether you intend on collecting you purchase from the Gold Coast (QLD) SPARC warehouse or need your order to be delivered. All advertised product pricing includes national standard road freight delivery throughout Australia.  A $20.00 + GST packing fee applies for all shipments that contain neon to allow for safe packing. If delivery options other than standard road freight are required, a freight quote can be generated. Please note that SPARC products are very delicate and require care when being transported.

 

Q. What are the payment terms?

A. For standard SPARC orders, a minimum of 50% deposit is required on receipt of order, with the remaining balance to be paid prior to delivery/pick up. A 5% surcharge of the total amount will apply when not making a single full payment. For all custom neon orders, full payment is required on receipt of order. SPARC accepts payment by Direct Deposit and Cash.

 

Q. What are the options for mounting my SPARC neon piece?

A. The mounting options that SPARC offers for its neon pieces are raw mounting (no cost), a 50x50cm freestanding recycled timber box ($50 + GST) or a frost box at varying dimensions for wall mounting or flat surface mounting (starting from $200 + GST). Custom mounting options can also be arranged to suit the application and a price will be supplied on asking. Please note that neon is high voltage, any complicated installations should be completed by a licenced electrician.

 

Q. How soon can I expect to receive my SPARC order?

A. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your SPARC product to be handmade. Some products will take longer than others. You can contact SPARC at any time to get an updated arrival date for your order. All efforts to meet specific time frames will be made.  Please advise SPARC at the time of ordering if you do have a deadline to meet.
